If you have private health please bring your card (physical or digital) to the appointment. Unfortunately, we can't provide a quote for private health over the phone. Either pop in to a clinic with your card to enable us to provide you with a quote, or call us for the item number so you can discuss this with your private health provider.

If you have a care plan from your GP please bring the referral, a debit or savings card and your medicare card to the appointment to enable us to process the payment.

DVA patients are welcome for chiropractic and physiotherapy treatment, however you will be required to pay for the initial appointment. DVA funded appointments at Enhance Healthcare ony apply to subsequent treatment.

Cancellations

Please ensure any appointment changes or cancellations are notified at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the scheduled rate.
