Useful Information About ENHANCE
The following information is provided to assist you on the day of your appointment and in the days afterwards.
Arriving for your Appointment
To maximise your treatment time, please arrive at the clinic 10mins before your scheduled appointment. This will enable you plenty of time to fill in your new client information form and ask any questions that you may have.
Meeting your Therapist / Health Professional
Your therapist / health professional will then meet you and take you to your treatment room for consultation. Post the consultation it is recommended that you limit any strenuous exercise and ensure that you drink plenty of water to assist in removing waste products from within your bodies system. Of course, this is a general comment only, your therapist will advise key next steps within your appointment as well as recommend any follow up treatments required and or key activities you can perform at home to improve your condition
SMS Reminder Service
Enhance offer a complimentary SMS reminder service. This is provided as a convenience to assist clients to remember upcoming appointments however please note there are occasions where messages are not delivered due to issues beyond our control. To this end, kindly ensure that you are aware of any upcoming appointments. If you need to change an existing appointment, please call our friendly reception team to sort this out. Enhance is a small business and missed appointments directly impact our hard working therapists and health professionals.
Enhance Cancellation policy
Subject to the above, please ensure any appointment movements or cancellations are notified at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the scheduled rate.
Enhance take the security of your personal details very seriously. Enhance will not use any information collected from you for any other reason for which it was intended ie to assist in diagnosing and improving your condition.
More often than not, people have additional questions post treatment that they would like answered. If you are in this situation, please call or reception team and they will make sure you get the answers. Additionally if you have concerns with any aspect of your treatment or your Enhance experience, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
