Helen completed her diploma of Holistic Aromatherapy in 2002, her deiploma of Remedial Massage in 2004 and her diploma of Therapeutic Bodywork (Sports) in 2007. She has also attained certification in Holistic Aromatherapy Lymph Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Bach Flower Essences, Relaxation Bodyworks and Reiki. She has also studied Iridology and is currently studying Naturopathy at the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT).
